We are here to help your children grow in the area of academics, career development, and personal/social/emotional development. Together we can insure that our students become the productive and well-adjusted adults of tomorrow. These goals will be accomplished through a variety of ways including classroom lessons, small group counseling groups and individual counseling.
State Career Exploration Mandate: My Career Shines
Helping you child explore careers and plan for their future is now required to enter 9th grade. Palm Beach County uses the Florida State approved career software called My Career Shines. Their History classes will provide the time to work on completion of this requirement. It is wonderful program with everything you would ever want to know about careers. The hope is to start them thinking about what they want to be when they grow up and what is needed to get there.

Peer Mediation
This will be the fifth year of the Peer Mediation program at Franklin Academy. We have trained student mediators helping facilitate student to student problem resolution.
Students can request to meet with peers they need to solve problems with at school. These problems can be friendship issues, peer treatment issues, property issues and many others.
